At Inventiva, we are more than 70 passionate and highly qualified professionals based in France and the United States, with our headquarters located near Dijon.

We’re not just developing breakthrough therapies — we’re building a company where people and technology come together to drive real progress. With teams spanning France and the US, we bring the agility of a biotech and the global reach of an international organization. Our culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and deeply mission-driven. If you’re looking for meaningful work, the freedom to take initiative, and the opportunity to contribute to a team making a tangible difference in patients’ lives, you’ll find it at Inventiva.

We’re hiring an IT Support & Systems Administrator to be the go-to resource for our US team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping systems running smoothly, and supporting people behind the scenes. You’ll manage hardware and software, provide daily support to about 20 US employees, and collaborate closely with our IT team in France. If you’re detail-oriented, service-driven, and eager to make a difference, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to our US team, ensuring colleagues stay productive and connected.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and peripherals.
  • Oversee mobile devices and telephony.
  • Manage user accounts, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support key platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Adobe.
  • Perform light Active Directory administration.
  • Coordinate with the France-based IT team on infrastructure, projects, and security protocols.

  • 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware and mobile device management.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: USD $65,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive benefits package aligned with US market standards.
