Jennifer is a senior technology leader with more than 20 years of experience across life sciences organizations, developing sustainable information technology strategies, strengthening data and governance, and driving operational excellence across complex, research-driven environments. Throughout her career, she has successfully aligned technology initiatives with broader business and scientific objectives, enabling innovation, scalability, and organizational growth.

Jennifer has held senior leadership positions at Biogen, Spero Therapeutics, Flagship Pioneering, and most recently served as Chief Information Officer at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Across these roles, she has led enterprise technology transformations, modernized digital capabilities, and built high-performing teams that advance organizational impact.
